Roadmap
A 90-Day Self-Improvement Plan
A good reset has an arc: intake, experiment, review. The goal is not more information. It is an improved operating system.
Answer first
The Short Answer
Each phase has one dominant job.
The Three Phases
Each phase has one dominant job.
- Days 1-30: audit your current patterns and choose one constraint.
- Days 31-60: build one system and test it in the real world.
- Days 61-90: review outcomes, keep what worked, and remove what did not.
Use a Minimal Scorecard
Choose one outcome measure, one behavior measure, and one friction note. Review them every two weeks. If the plan does not change behavior by day 30, reduce the scope rather than collecting more advice.
